Supporting Children’s Wellbeing through Positive and Joyful Experiences – Phase I & Phase II (Staff motivation and stress management)
The Ministry of Women and Child Affairs successfully conducted the training on “Supporting Children’s Wellbeing through Positive and Joyful Experiences – Phase I and Phase II” for 90 officials of the Ministry.
The programme focused on positive motivation, stress management, and practical approaches to strengthening children’s wellbeing in both professional and community settings.
The sessions enhanced participants’ understanding of promoting children’s wellbeing through positive relationships, emotional resilience, and practical strategies that foster safe, supportive, and joyful environments for children.
Through engaging presentations, interactive activities, practical guidance, and meaningful discussions, participants gained valuable insights and explored innovative approaches that can be effectively applied in their day-to-day responsibilities.
The programme received highly positive feedback from participants, who appreciated the relevance of the content, the interactive learning experience, and the practical knowledge shared throughout the sessions. Many participants expressed a strong interest in continuing similar capacity-building programmes in the future.
