Key Functions

Planning and Monitoring, follow-up to deliver the Ministry's services more effectively and efficiently in the field of children and women and systematic maintenance of the information technology practices of the Ministry in accordance with the e-Government policy and all relevant technical policies.

Main Development Programmes

• Planning, Monitoring , and Follow up of the Projects and programs of the Ministry.

• Coordinating "Suhuruliya"Programme

• Maintaining “Lanka Women e-Market” - Marketing Platform and Lanka Women” e-Directory

• e-Publications -"Suhurukatha" Magazine

• Updating and maintaining the official Website, YouTube channel and Face book page of the Ministry.

• Conducting Training Programmes on related subjects  eg- Artificial Intelligence, General Information Technology, Suhuruliya.
